EverLeaf is a business process outsourcer (BPO). Our specialty is sales, including lead generation, cold calling, and closing, as well as existing customer support. Additionally, we provide services such as customer service, recruiting, data analysis, and data management.
HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?
As a service provider, our prices are closely linked to the salaries of our employees, so the price of our services depends heavily on the requirements profile. Quantity and contract duration also play a role. Roughly speaking, you can expect to pay €2,000 to €4,000 per seat. When calculating the price, it is worth bearing in mind that this is an all-inclusive package, meaning you will not incur any costs for recruiting, onboarding, team management, equipment (all our employees are equipped with state-of-the-art hardware), events, etc.
CAN THE COLLEAGUES IN KOSOVO SPEAK GERMAN FLAWLESSLY?
This depends on the requirements of the task. Depending on these requirements, our employees may speak fluent German at a C1 level with a slight accent. Since an employee with flawless German skills often has a higher qualification profile, they are in a higher salary bracket and therefore more expensive. If a process does not involve customer contact, we often recommend looking at other qualifications that may be cheaper.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER LANGUAGES AND REGIONS BESIDES GERMAN?
We offer our services in German, English, French, and Italian. However, we prefer to start collaborations in either German or English and expand to other languages if necessary, once the teams and processes are well-established.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE QUALITY?
We believe in transparency and ongoing training. All of our employees are trained to work with digital processes, which allows team progress and performance to be monitored by us and our clients at any time. Additionally, we provide OJR scorecards (Objective Job Results) to all of our employees. These scorecards help us set performance and training goals with each employee on a quarterly basis, which are then reviewed weekly. We also understand that even the best carpenter can only do mediocre work without proper tools, so we equip all of our employees with new MacBooks, high-resolution monitors, and high-quality headsets.
